How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details to complete the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page if you need to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email after your order is successfully placed.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (where available) takes 2–3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on select orders. Check the product page or homepage banner for current offers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. Use this to track your shipment in real time.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. COD availability may vary by pin code.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only within 24 hours of delivery and only for damaged or defective products. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Is an unboxing video required for returns?
Yes, an unboxing/delivery video is mandatory to process any return or damage claim. Without it, we will not be able to accept your return request.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.
